Since LD Studio was founded in 1997, our partnership with the Best Fork Group has brought light to some of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic restaurants. For Marcelo Torres, the group’s Founder and CEO, lighting goes far beyond aesthetics: the same restaurant can become two entirely different places over the course of a day, with distinct atmospheres shaped by light. It is lighting that gives soul to this transformation.

Over nearly three decades of collaboration, we have designed the lighting for Laguiole, Giuseppe Cucina, Giuseppe Grill, and Giuseppe Mar. More than a portfolio of projects, this partnership reflects a relationship built on trust, strengthened one project at a time.
