Vieira Souto residence

Lighting a home means engaging with the intimate. In this apartment on Vieira Souto, along the Ipanema shoreline, the light was designed to showcase the refined eye of the residents, who were involved in every detail of the process. The result is a home with the feel of an art gallery, but made for living: a space for gatherings and connection where the light respects everyday life and adapts to the movement of the artwork and of life itself.

The creative freedom of this collaboration allowed us to propose unconventional solutions, like light frames around the stones in the bathroom, a choice that is both technical and poetic. Since the resident is an art collector, we also designed flexible, precise lighting capable of accommodating different uses and changes over time.
